Entries

BUCS hold a number of events in many sports throughout the year. Details of competitions available can be found on the BUCS Events webpage.

 

To enter a BUCS individual competition, please follow these steps:

1. Go to BUCSPlay (app or website) and log in
2. Search for your sport and join the community
3. Scroll down to Events, and select the one you wish to enter
4. Follow the details on the screen
5. Once you have successfully entered on BUCSPlay, please contact the Club & Performance Sport Administrator to inform them of your entry so that they can ensure that it is accepted prior to the deadline
6. If you are required to pay for your entry fee, you will be contacted by a member of Team Hallam following your entry submission. We are currently operating a no pay, no play policy - if you have not paid your entry fee by the deadline stated by Team Hallam, your entry will not be accepted

Please enter any events NO LATER THAN 2 weeks prior to the entry deadline (as shown on the BUCS Event webpage)

 

* If you are entering a competition as a club, please collate the information for all athletes who are being entered, ranking them in order of performance and send it in as a group. *

 

If you'd like to come in to discuss or work through the entries, please book a meeting with the Club & Performance Sport Administrator.

 

Funding

While we aim to support students to compete in these competitions and represent the University, we are unable to fund everyone who would like to enter.
