• All bookings must depart from the HUBS unless agreed otherwise with Sport Hallam staff
• No alcohol may be taken on or consumed on any hired transport (this is a legal requirement)
• Coaches are to be left in the same condition as you found them
• It is your responsibility to ensure that your members are at the departure loaction at the time stated in the booking request. Delays to departure could mean that your incur additional fees.
• Team Hallam require at least 2 weeks to faciliate a transport request. If your request is for a weekend, please give a minimum of 3 weeks notice.
