Here at Sheffield Hallam Trampolining, we are open to all abilities and people who would enjoy to either train and improve their skills or who are also interested in competing for the club. We run various activities throughout the year to cater to everyone, from complete beginners to those wanting to compete at a national level. The club train twice a week at Collegiate Campus Pearson Gym Sports Hall. We train on Thursday nights 8-10pm and Sunday afternoons 2-5pm. We will also offer strength and conditioning sessions at the strength and conditioning suite in Collegiate Campus Pearson Gym, Mondays 4-5pm. We enter numerous interuniversity competitions throughout the year, including the NEUT league and BUCS Championships and compete in the categories as individuals, synchronised and DMT. They often run over two days, so there is always an option to stay overnight and this allows the team to really bond and build lifelong friendships. If you don't want to compete you are always welcome to come along and watch to support the team and take part in the overnight stay! To cater to people who wish not to compete, we offer the British gymnastics badge scheme to allow you to work towards achieving your goals.
