What's on offer?
Here at Sheffield Hallam Trampolining, we are open to all abilities. Whilst some of our members choose to just train and improve their skills, others represent our club in national competitions. We run various activities throughout the year that cater to everyone, from complete beginners to those wanting to compete at a high level. The club train twice a week at Collegiate Campus Pearson Gym Sports Hall, with training led by a qualified coach.
Training times for the 23/24 season are as follows:
- Tuesday 20:00-22:00
- Thursday 20:00-22:00
We will also offer strength and conditioning sessions in the S&C suite on Collegiate Campus (day & time TBC). These sessions are ran by a trained member of Team Hallam staff.
The club also attend weekly themed nights out and run sober socials throughout the year. This allows the team to get to know one another as well as providing something for everyone to get involved with.
Competitions
We enter numerous interuniversity competitions throughout the year, including the NEUT league and BUCS Championships (an opportunity to earn points for the universities total BUCS score), We compete in individual, synchronised and DMT categories. They often run over two days, so there is always an option to stay overnight and this allows the team to really bond and build lifelong friendships.
The NEUT league competitions for the 23/24 season will take place in Sheffield, Newcastle, Manchester, Nottingham and Birmingham. If you don't want to compete you are always welcome to come along and watch to support the team and take part in the overnight stay!
We also take part in the Sheffield Hallam VS University of Sheffield Varsity, this is always an amazing day and provides an opportunity to compete within a smaller crowd.
