Here at Sheffield Hallam Trampolining we are open to all abilities and people who would enjoy to either train and improve their skills or who are also interested in competing for the club. We run a range of activities throughout the year to cater for everyone, from complete beginners to those wanting to compete at a national level. The club train twice a week on weekday evenings at the Forge Valley Sports Centre near Malin Bridge. We train on money nights 8-10 and Friday evenings 6-8. We also offer strength and conditioning sessions on Tuesdays 4-5 and Wednesday 2-3. Additionally, we have optional training most Sundays at Graves leisure centre which has Olympic facilities (further information regarding this will be given at training). We enter numerous interuniversity competitions throughout the year, including the NEUT league and BUCS Championships and compete in the catagories as individuals, synchronised and DMT. They often run over two days, so there is always an option to stay overnight and this allows the team to really bond and build life long friendships. If you dont want to compete you are always welcome to come along and watch to support the team and take part in the overnight stay! To cater to people who wish not to compete, we offer the British gymnastics badge scheme to allow you to work towards achieving your goals.
Come and join us to helo us retain our 2018/2019 titles as BUCS Champions, Varsity Champions (2nd year running) and NEUT League Champions!!!
The club does not hold trials and is open to everyone. You can find us at Sports Fair in September or follow us on social media for more info and regular updates. Your first two training sessions are free so come along and give trampolining a try and we can assure you will not be disaapointed with our great team. We have great plans for the upcoming year 19/20 to benefit skills, competitions and social aspects!
