Hi Korf people,
Next year I would like to be your vice chair and a member of the committee as this year korf ball has genuinely become more important to me than my degree. Start of this year I didn’t know what Korf ball was and now (although I still accidently mark girls) I think I know the game much better and am very passionate about our Korf family at Hallam.
This first year for me as a member of Hallam Korf has been amazing and I think it has been down to the family as a whole but also very much the committee who have worked amazingly had to make everyone feel welcome and really develop as a club at Hallam.
I think a huge part of the club is the amount of amazing and friendly people that make it such as welcoming environment and so as Lou has already mentioned in his manifesto I would try really hard to bring in as many new members as possible.
In addition I would also love to further develop the relationships between the Sheffield clubs as I feel this has massively helped our club as well.
I hope that my commitment to training and games has shown how much I care about the game and Hallam Korfball as a club.
Korf Love,
Robin Smith
