I am applying for the Mens Captain at Hallam Swimming as i believe i can create a motivating and fun environment for all new and old swimmers at Hallam. I believe i am fit for this postition as i am a swim captain back home in my local swimming club Sutton.S.C. and i have gained many skills and experience in the area such as communicatin and leading skills. i had become a role model back home and hopefully would be able to do the same and create a postitive image for Hallam Swimming and lead the club into victories in BUCS, NUDL and Varsitiy. I can lead and inspire Hallam swimmers next year to be able to compete to the best of their abilities and will make sure i will choose the best person for the best race whilst considering their best times and the amount of pool time they put into training to allow swimmers to feel valued. I will also ensure all paperwork is sorted for all swim meets and competitions in the future.
