What's on offer?

The Women's Hockey Club is a large club at Hallam university, with a brilliant family atmosphere. We have 4 teams competing in BUCS leagues and a social team. Weekly training sessions are run at Abbeydale Sports Club, and additional hockey facilities are available at Sport Park. Matches are typically on a Wednesday afternoon and training days vary depending on your team. The club runs in partnership with Sheffield Hockey Club, giving players access to quality coaching and facilities, including the former Olympic hockey pitch housed at Abbeydale Sports Club. New links are also being developed with Rotherham Hockey Club to create opportunities for students to volunteer and coach in the community.
